ORDERING AND PAYMENT

What currency is the site in?
All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.  Our checkout allows you to process the order in Australian or US dollars. The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from AUD or USD to your home currency. Additionally, your bank may charge you an additional international transaction fee for these orders. For more information, please check with the bank that issued your credit card.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you will not need to set up an account to place your initial order, however, having an account with INDER DHILLON will allow you to:

  • Save your address and card details so you can shop quicker and simply sign in every time.
  • Manage and edit your account details.
  • Be the first to know about new styles, online promotions and more.

What payment methods does INDER DHILLON accept?
INDER DHILLON accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through Stripe Inc, a secure checkout system. You can also choose to pay with your PayPal account.

SHIPPING

What countries does INDER DHILLON ship to?
INDER DHILLON ships Australia wide and also to a range of countries worldwide. To find out if we ship to you, please email inder@inderdhillon.com.au

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We offer the following shipping services:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE $100AUD.

Australia wide express post shipping:
We offer a flat rate of $15 Australia wide using Australia Post Express Post service.

  • Delivery time is 1-3 working days after your order has been processed.
  • Delivery is usually next day for metropolitan areas and up to three-day delivery for regional areas.
  • Full tracking is available with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International shipping:

  • Shipping to New Zealand is AUD $25.00 and rest of the World is AUD $35.00.
  • Receive your purchase 3-14 working days after your order has been processed.
  • Full tracking is available with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Depending on shipping location, any import taxes and/or customs duties on International Orders are the liability of/payable by the customer.

I have placed my order - when will my order be dispatched?

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • If orders are received by 12PM AEST on a business day we will endeavour to dispatch the order the same day, pending card approval and stock availability.
  • Orders made over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Please note, at peak times or throughout sale periods there may be slight delays with your delivery. However, customer service will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on top of my order?
Duties and taxes will depend on the shipping location and order specifics. Please contact your local custom offices to receive additional information about import costs, as INDER DHILLON cannot estimate import costs for your order. The responsibility of any custom duties, foreign taxes and other fees will rest with the customer. We will also be unable to mark any international order as a ‘gift’ due to law prohibitions.

TRACKING ORDERS

How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your postage tracking number so you can track your package.
Please keep in mind that during sale and peak periods, there is up to 48 hours processing time on all orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item?
Your satisfaction and confidence with our garments is at the heart of what we do. We’ve ensured that making a return or exchange is easy! We offer a risk-free 30 days return policy.

SIZE GUIDE

What size should I order?
We understand that it can be overwhelming to ensure you are getting the correct size for your body. We work diligently to ensure that our styles are true to size. To help you figure out your size, we have a univsersal Size Conversion Chart under our ‘SIZE GUIDE’ page. Our model in the images wears a Size 8 and is 5’6” (168cm) tall.

How does INDER DHILLON take a stand for quality?
Quality is the essence of INDER DHILLON. From the sourcing, design, development to production, we ensure that only the finest materials are used.

  • Pockets in the right places - we rarely make a garment without pockets!! 
  • Panelling to compliment your muscular structure – Darts at the knees/elbows, partially open vents at shoulder blades, elongated darts along the front to frame your shoulders, to name a few!
  • Finest finishes and craftsmanship – we have access to leading world-class facilities so we can bring you only the best of the best. Each stitch is to the millimetre perfection!

How is form and function incorporated into INDER DHILLON garments?
We make sure each garment is going to compliment your lifestyle. From our basics to our statement pieces, each is made with form and function at the base. For example, we hide pockets in the side seams just where you would naturally place your hands, reinforce waistbands on our knit/jersey garments so they never loose their shape, and garments in luxuriously soft jersey so its smooth on your skin!

Why can’t a see the size on the garment label on the neck?
Your comfort is our priority. We have hidden the size on the care label in the side seam. Our garment labels are woven from the softest satin fibres so they don’t irritate your neck. We simply do not believe in annoying you with those scratchy size labels!

What is the best way to care for INDER DHILLON garments?
All of our garments come with detailed care instructions. We use the finest fibres and finishes. In most cases, we recommend you wash your INDER DHILLON clothes in cold water and hang to dry. For delicate fibres, please follow the instructions or Dry Clean where recommended. If you are unsure about any garment, we encourage you to email us at info@inderdhillon.com.au for further details.
